Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to services provided by PT Today Consultant, including visa and stay permit services, company establishment, licensing, legal documents, and accounting and tax services. The applicable amounts and terms are confirmed in your written quotation or engagement confirmation. If anything in your quotation differs from this page, your quotation applies.

2. Government and third-party fees

Fees paid to Immigration, the Ministry of Law, tax offices, notaries, translators, and other third parties (including state revenue payments) are passed to the relevant body once paid. Once a government or third-party fee has been paid on your behalf, it cannot be recovered by us and is not refundable.

3. Before processing starts

• If you cancel before we start work and before any government or third-party payment is made, you are eligible for a full refund of our service fee.
• A small administrative charge may apply for payment gateway or bank transfer costs.

4. After processing starts

• If work has started but your application has not been lodged with the authority, a partial refund of our service fee applies, after deducting the work already completed and any third-party costs already paid.
• Once your application has been lodged with the authority, our service fee is not refundable, as the main professional work has been performed.

5. Rejections and authority decisions

Approval is decided only by the relevant authority, and we cannot guarantee any outcome. If an application is rejected because of an error made by us, we will correct and resubmit it at no additional service fee, or refund our service fee for that service if resubmission is not possible. If a rejection results from incomplete or inaccurate information, missing documents, a change in regulations, or ineligibility of the applicant, our service fee is not refundable.

6. Non-refundable items

• Government fees, taxes, and third-party costs already paid.
• Urgent or express processing surcharges once processing has started.
• Recurring monthly services (for example bookkeeping and tax reporting) for periods already performed.
• Services cancelled because the client became unreachable or did not provide required documents within a reasonable period.

7. How to request a refund

Email tudelegalgroup@gmail.com with your full name, service, payment proof, and the reason for your request. You can also contact us through WhatsApp at +62 851-1737-1177. We will review your request and reply with our decision.

8. Refund timing

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method or bank account within 14 business days after approval. Bank or exchange-rate charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.
